SESSION 2: Functional Anatomy and Breath Integration

  • Explore the concept of Prana (life force energy) and its significance in yoga practice.

  • Integrate philosophical insights with practical breathwork techniques to cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance.

SESSION 4: Yoga Philosophy Embodied

  • Integrate philosophical teachings with physical practice to deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection.

  • Explore the concept of Sthira (steadiness) and Sukha (ease) in relation to posture and breath.

  • Guided meditation and pranayama practices to cultivate mindfulness and inner balance.
